When will I receive my order?

We aim to process every single order within three business days.

After processing and depending on your location, you should receive your order in 7-21 days.

How can I track my order?

Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your Order Number.

You can use this number and the e-mail address you provided at checkout to check your order status by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website.

If there is any issue with viewing your order, please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue immediately.

What is your Returns Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy in place to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, including the change of shipping address, a size or colour, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible by e-mailing hey@thesleepwalking.com.

In order for us to be able to deliver your order quickly we do process our orders almost immediately after we have verified payment so in these situations, we will try our best to satisfy your request but in certain cases we may not be able to do so, for example if your order has already been dispatched.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team at hey@thesleepwalking.com with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number and we will get back to you.

If I order several products will they arrive in the same package?

Most of our products are shipped from our various overseas warehouses and fulfilment centres, in order to make logistics more efficient, and to save you as much money as possible.

Therefore, items that are ordered together may by shipped individually from different locations, and may arrive to you separately.

In any case, all items should arrive within our declared shipping schedules. If for some reason the items do not arrive when they should, please contact us at hey@thesleepwalking.com

Should I be worried having to share personal and credit card information on your website?

No, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Our checkout process is completely safe and secure.

We have SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates for maximum security, to ensure full safety of all of your information.

How can I get more details about your future promotions and products?

You can like our Facebook and Instagram pages and subscribe to our newsletter (in the footer of the website,) in which we send news about new products, special promotions aimed for family, and more.

How do I apply a Discount Code to my order?

We regularly offer promotional discounts but please be aware that you can apply one discount/promotion per order.

To use a discount on your order first add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your bag and in the checkout view please enter your discount code in the "Discounts" text field provided and then click "apply".

If you are using a mobile device please select "Show order summary" which will then display a discount text field for you to enter your code.

Lastly, if paying with a 3rd party (eg. Paypal) please make sure your offer is applied before continuing to the 3rd party platform to complete payment
